These are simple instructions on how to use our “support ticket” system in order to track all requests.

Existing client:

  1. You should have already received a link for access to upload files to your “Client Folder”. If not, please contact us by email.
  2. Please provide all requests thru our support ticket system to better expedite your requests. Email request are preferred less due to our continuous support of our clients.

New client:

  1. Please sign-up following the steps below.
  2. Please provide all requests thru our support ticket system to better expedite your requests. Email request are preferred less due to our continuous support of our clients.

 

STEP 1

  • GO TO JDOTMEDIA.COM
  • CLICK ON GET SUPPORT OR CLIENT ACCESS

STEP 2

  • EXISTING CLIENTS (SIMPLY LOGIN OR CLICK FORGET PASSWORD)

  • NEW CLIENTS (CLICK ON REGISTER)

 

 

 

 

 

 

STEP 3

NEW CLIENTS:

  • NOW YOU ARE LOGGED IN AND MUST CREATE A CUSTOM PASSWORD
  • CLICK ON YOUR NAME (TOP RIGHT OF WINDOW)

STEP 4

  • CLICK ON SETTINGS

STEP 5

  • CREATE NEW PASSWORD AND CONFIRM PASSWORD

STEP 6

  • CREATE NEW SUPPORT TICKET
